Madisonville CISD Board of Trustees Initiates Superintendent Search
The Madisonville CISD Board of Trustees has launched a comprehensive search for the district’s next Superintendent. Selecting the district’s superintendent is one of the Board’s most important responsibilities, and we are committed to approaching this process with care, transparency, and a clear focus on the future of our students.
To assist with the search, the Board has partnered with Thompson & Horton LLP, a Texas-based firm with extensive experience in executive searches and educational leadership. Their expertise will help guide the Board through a thorough process designed to identify a leader who understands and embraces the unique values, traditions, and aspirations of Madisonville CISD and our Mustang community.
The future of MCISD belongs to all of us. Throughout the search process, the Board will provide regular updates and create opportunities for staff, parents, students, and community members to share their perspectives and vision for the district.
